2011 Aston Martin V8 Vantage S - Aston has massaged the 4.7-liter V8 to deliver 430 horsepower and 361 pound-feet of torque. The company also has developed a new Sportshift II seven-speed automated manual gearbox with paddle shifters. The transmission provides 20 percent quicker shifts than the six-speed Sportshift. Top speed is projected at 190 mph. The V8 Vantage S has been tweaked inside and out. The car gets a quicker 15:1 steering ratio, larger-diameter front brake discs with six-piston calipers, new shocks and springs, and wider rear rims with bespoke Bridgestone rubber.
